This guideline will help you to host your own accountability group to boost your productivity in the next few weeks with your accountability buddies to achieve your goal.

How does it works?

Host your own Kick-off Event 🚀

Start your accountability group with a kick-off event to start your project alongside with others.

What to do during the kick off:

  1. Pick a timeline 4 or 6 weeks with your accountability buddies.
  2. Choose one person to create default events on calendar & share your email to the person.
  3. Set major event & milestones on calendar & invite everyone:
    1. Set default time of weekly sync to reflect, discuss or feedback session (for example. every sunday night at 20.00)
    2. Set default time of coworking schedule:
      1. you can do it daily, every two days, or once a week — you decide it with your accountability groups.
      2. Make sure to keep the balance between flexibility & consistency so everyone can catch up.
    3. Set a date for your final / demo day.
  4. Start your project together by writing a clear goal → read this how to set a clear goal → go to #start-project to start your project.
  5. Follow each other project to get notified when your accountability buddies post a progress.
  6. Make your goal more realistic by telling your group what you want to achieve in the first week. Write it on the group chat & review during the weekly sync.
